Hello and happy summer! We’ve been spending a lot of time at the swimming pool so I’m excited to share my latest DIY project with you: this adorable Kids Outdoor Double Lounge Chair.
I just love this little arm rest/console – it can hold a couple of drinks and even has a little cubby for my kiddos to stash their snacks, toys, or swim goggles. So fun!
The lumber for this Kids Outdoor Double Lounge Chair was around $75 and I purchased the seat cushions from Ikea for about $30 each. I sewed the canopy using 3 yards of outdoor fabric ($6.99/yard). The seat cushions are actually adult-sized chair cushions flipped upside down. Total cost of this project will run about $155.00.

That’s about the cutest thing I have seen today! Is it bad that I want one even tho I’m (supposed to be) a grown up?

Best,

Hi Jen,
I made this, and would love to send you pics of my first project. I didn’t do it exactly the same, due to time and inexperience, but my friend’s daughter loved it.
Thanks!

Do you still have the plans for this adorable lounger. I went to RYOBI Nation and it was not available.
Thanks.
