Hi everyone! Hope you had a wonderful, restful, and joy-filled Thanksgiving. I’m thrilled to be joining a handful of home decor bloggers as we share some Christmas mantel decorating ideas. Thanks to Krista from The Happy Housie for hosting such a fun little holiday blog hop.
This contraption is called a “fireplace.” It’s pretty much useless here in central Texas, so I just like to put pretty things around it every season. Here’s how I decked it out for Christmas:

I love this oversized 36-inch wreath – it’s the perfect size for this space. I hung some vintage bells in the center to add a little more interest. I also picked up a couple more porcelain houses to add to my collection. I love these little houses – I tucked some battery-operated string lights inside to light up the windows.
And can you even with this sweet little tree? I picked up this Norfolk Island Pine from The Home Depot. I just love how whimsical and festive it is! It kind of reminds me of the Charlie Brown tree.
Don’t have a mantel? No problem! Check out my DIY Faux Fireplace, North Pole Stocking Holder, and Christmas Village Stocking Hanger Box:
Thanks for stopping by – be sure to visit the other bloggers’ homes on this tour for more Christmas mantel inspiration!

Everything looks so pretty and festive. I’m loving that blanket ladder, too. I need one of those in our living room.
